All comers Intermediate (Olympic)and Sprint distance tri & du.
Intermediate(Olympic- 1 mi.S, 40K B, 10K R.
Sprint- .5 mi. S, 30K B, 5K R.
plus Individual 10K & 5K Runs.
Categories: Individual Intermediate (Olympic) & Sprint Road Bike, Clydesdale, Athena, Mt. Bike, Teams.
Awards: Tri & Du - top Open 3 M/F,top 3 Masters M/F, top 3 Clydesdale & Athena, + 3 deep in 15 age groups.
Indiv. 10K & 5K Runs - Top 3 M/F, Top Masters M/F, top 3 in age groups.
Lake swim in Klineline Pond, bike on residential & country roads (moderate but short hills out & back, run is out & back on flat Salmon Creek Greenway bike path. Wet suits optional depending on weather.

USAT sanctioned event. All USAT rules apply. Violators will be disqualified.
All entrants must either be a current USAT member (at time of event) or pay full fee which includes $10 single day USAT membership which race officials must pay to USAT. USAT waiver form is required to be signed at event for single day members.
Mail in entries of USAT members must include photo of current USAT member card. Online entrants must show card at packet pickup to compete at discounted fee.
