ChiRunning will help you avoid injuries by improving posture and biomechanics; improve energy efficiency to run stronger for longer; develop core strength and peripheral muscle relaxation; and cultivate mind/body awareness as you run. This fun, informative workshop will take place Sunday, 9/14 from 1:00pm-5:00pm at the Duniway Park track. Preregistration required. Class size limit 10.
